Our standard flakey buttermilk croissant soaked in fig leaf syrup, filled and topped with almond frangipane and flaked almonds. Fig leaf once dried has a smell and flavour of a mix of coconut, green tea and almond.

Using Shipton Mill organic flour and Edinburgh Butter Co cultured butter.


Contains: wheat flour, butter, buttermilk, milk powder, egg, oat flour, almond meal, sugar, yeast, salt, fig leaf.

Contains traces of sesame.
